I always love to work from home, no packing of the food. Today’s are my benchmark analysis day for clients, where I need extreme quiet and access to clients data to ensure current comparison.
One of the challenging things is to find food that is delicious, variety yet low in calories. There are couple things that I must have, plenty of fruit and vegetable. They are not filling therefore, I have to find things that will fill me up such as oat mill and eggs.
