I have several off-sites meeting today, and one lunch meeting where I will address the board of FFP. So again, it’s hard to guess the total calories for lunch. “Portion Control!” It was very light sandwich lunch so just few green salad and few pieces of chicken.
I am still hungry at times, I guess using the will power or rider (according to the book Switch). I believe my Elephant (according to the book Switch) is moving along. Getting my brain motivated is a great thing.
Today is one of those day that I was out meeting people all day, the amount to work and travel did not give me time to “think” about eating of hunger. So it actually worked out well.
