It’s FRIDAY!! The moment of truth of weighting in..a bit scare about stepping on the scale since Monday which was not planned to weight in.

I am working at home today, that is really nice transition into the weekend.

Pomegranate was a fruit introduced to me couple months ago at my in-law’s at DC. I found it such a great fruit not because of the taste. Because of how slow to eat them, it is great to eat slow like this. I found the calories chart.

Here is my Daily Calories: 935

1    Egg (Boil)    80

Snack    30    15 Almonds    100
Lunch    1/2 Cup    Oatmeal    170
1/3 cup    Cranberry    130

Snack    1    Apple    53
Dinner    1    Cheeseburger (2 oz) no bread    180
1Cup    peas    31
1/2    Pomegranates    51
Snack    1    Orange    60
