It’s the Sunday that I can wake up late and then drive Dr. Yen to her Sunday Chinese School. Today is also a shopping day for me. We ran through tons of fruits this week. TC used to have allergy during spring, about two years ago, I did some freshly pressed fruit juice for him. He completely did not have allergy for about two years. So he wanted to have that this year again, but it is a lot of work to get the ingredient.
When shopping at Costco, of course, I taste many small bites, estimated about 400 calories or so. So, that was lunch. We bought so many types of fruit such as box or orange, strawberry, kiwi and pears. These will be the ingredients for TC’s juice this coming week. Of course, cucumber, celery and carrots.
After Costco, I did lots of cooking. I did Meatball and Spaghetti, of course that is for Dr. Yen. It is her favorable. Then I did pan fry salmon and stir fly asparagus. I’m so glad that some dinners are already done ahead for next week.
