1300 Calories Plan: Day 15 of 90

I have an early morning meeting at Toastmaster and delivered one speech which I did last week to address the foundation. I’m so glad that I did some cooking over the weekend. For lunch, I simply heat up the salmon, congie and asparagus, quite easy. I love strawberry, so AM and PM, I had strawberry as snack.

It’s quite interesting to see that pears actually has more calories at 85 than most other fruits. Well, perhaps, I will eat kiwi tomorrow instead.

NOTE: TC is off today, typically not good for me since he eats lots of stuff and temptation is not good…

2 Cups    BROCCOLI, RAW, COOKED, DRAINED    90
