1300 Calories Plan: Day 17 of 90

March 23, 2011 | Goal 110 lb. by June 5, 2011

Although I pack my snack of grapes prior to lunch, I did not get a chance to eat it. By the time I got my lunch, I actually ate the wrong combination. Well, few adjustments to be made at dinner and after dinner snack….Poor me, I can’t eat much. Well, I have to watch out for any in-take of food.

Today’s Menu Daily Calories: 1023.

Dinner    1 Cup    White Fish, Shrimp    150
2 Cup    Chinese Cabbages    60

Snack    1    Orange    60
