Another busy day running to visit three clients on site, I actually like to be busy like this. I am more grounded and can stick to my “nuts” lunch plan and fruit snack. I have to be diligent about what type of combination of food to take and avoid the mistake I did yesterday.
For some reason, I just want to have more vegetable today, so I have lots of Romain and Asparagus. I am sure late at night, I will have some other snack such as beef jerky which was not planned. I also like to try to come up with a 1000 calories plan instead of 1300. I know based on the original recommendation, I can live with just 1000 or so. I’ll plan that this weekend. The available choices become hard when it push down to 1000.
