FRIDAY! It’s nice, but I too have a full day schedule out and about. I like this, so I can be grounded just follow the menu. Oh well, at least that was the plan. I decided to work at home today. I have one major contract to complete plus a client meeting update. It’s better for me to get those in instead of attending SCORE monthly meeting.
I weight in today about 118-120, I felt like not making much progress. I am very used to sticking to 1300 calories plan, this weekend I want to find out a plan for 1000 calories. Now, I have been try to get down to 1000, it is a bit hard. One quick solution is to completely go on vegetarian. Well, I can try that, but I am afraid that won’t satisfy me, so at least I can add fish into the menu. Something to work on this coming weekend.
