So we’re 22% (20 of 90 days) on our time-frame and reached 38% (6 lb out of 16 lb) of the goal so far.
Last night I soak up 1-cup Mogami 8-Blend Whole Wheat Grain Rice for today’s breakfast and lunch as comfort food. It made into 5 cups after cooking. I had one cup then went off to UPS to certified tax returns to NC state and library to pick up my books on hold. After returning home, apparently, TC who did not ever want to try my congie ate 3 cups. Well, so I only have one cup left for lunch. I’ll soak up another cup tonight for tomorrow. It’s kind of great to interchange breakfast items.
The white fish was from Costco – I just steam them with ginger, salt and add scallion when it’s done. It’s delicious!
Yesterday, when I went for my hair cut, next to the salon was a small Asian super market. So I pickup a bag of raw peanuts. Well, I should just buy two small bags, instead, I bought 5-lb. I don’t think I can finish that anytime soon. Certain will bake them and give them away to my friends. Crazy. I felt like a vegetarian, eat lots of fruits and vegi.
