1300 Calories Plan: Day 21 of 90

Sunday, dropping Dr. Yen to Chinese school and shopping at Costco. It’s been on the weekly basis that we go to Costco for large quantity of fruits. Now TC is juicing on his own and taking plenty of juice. He does not seems to have any allergy anymore. How interesting that works for him. He is still mad at me washing his wallet, cell phone and his keys are missing. You see, he did not took these things out when I do laundry. Should I say, this is not the first time. He knows how to blame me, well…

So he is using my old blackberry cell phone, wallet dried up already, keys, well still missing. That keys set include my office and his office key. I am so reluctant to give him my office key. Boy…He found it inside his car by the driver’s door. Dr. Yen and I believe TC should start carrying a fanny pack.

I just read Dr. Amen, the Amen Solution, and found some interesting facts about what food is good for your brain and recipes. It’s quite difficult to find a good recipes that tell you the serving size the calories. For example, I was looking for Tuna Salad Sandwich, and found Everyday food has it. Yet, I have to manually add up the calories and divided them. So tried it today and use lettuces to wrap it instead of bread that comes to 183 in calories. It serves 5 servings so that bad.
