Today I had a WAB Meeting at Hissho Sushi, plus I just started a 1000 calories plan. I never had yogurt for breakfast simply because its cold. So I took the plan low fat yogurt out as soon as I woke up along with the 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries. I did not eat them until 8 am or so which is about 2.5 hours away. It actually taste great without any sugar.
The other thing I tried today was the tuna salad sandwich for the 2nd time. It’s still fresh and taste great even though I made them on Sunday.
Before I went to my WAB meeting, I ate my broccoli so I am not going to be too hungry. At Hissho Sushi, I was diligent just have the raw fish so I can avoid unnecessary calories. This was SO HARD for me, you see Sushi is my favorite food and I can’t just keep eating. I actually stopped as soon as the eye bow amount of ounces. I think it was about 3 oz or so. That is so very little, given I used to eat a lot an enjoy sushi. Oh boy, portion control is hard.
I did pack the left over from the meeting home which both TC and Dr. Yen enjoyed very much. Of course I stay away from the fried food. So by the time I got home at 8:30 pm, I was so much craving for my fruits. So I had plum and grapes right away. I substitute plum with orange.
OK, more to learn on the 1000 calories. Plus I added jump rope into my daily routine exercise. That should help.
