This morning I just can’t wait to weight in and see the result. I suppose to wait until Friday, but it’s Thursday and I like to know. Well, I’m now about 117, 7 more pounds to go. As of today, I’m total 9 pounds gone and 56% achieved my goal of 110 lb. Great job!!
I am now very used to eye balling the portion and in-take as much fruits and vegetable as possible. I can definitely feel it on how much comfortable in my suits, I move better since 9 pounds of fat is not there. I can feel a bit more energized. The food selection is still something I am learning. This is primary due to that I am not that familiar with the American food. Especially beans family, they actually are great source of protein and delicious.
I want to learn more about travel fruits and vegetable. As I am going to be on the road more often this year. I read somewhere that orange is great travel fruit, it makes sense. I think plum, orange, banana, anything that don’t required cutting like Kiwi. Kiwi I have to have a knife and spoon to eat. Grapes are great, but do required washing, just have to pack it well.
Now, having the jump rope in my daily routine exercise actually increase a bit of my cardio. One day, I actually forgot about it, so I put the rope in the middle of the room where I can’t roll out my Yoga mat until I take that. Like today, I already took off my running shoe, well, I just put them back on and work at it. This stretch my 45 min. to about 50min. workout a day.
