Today I shared my burning fat plan with my Toastmaster club members. Now that I am sticking to less than 1000 calories, mostly likely 900 or so a day. It’s now becoming a bit agitated for me. Because I get hungry a lot even right after the meal. So I have to get the almond nuts prepare in between just in case. The important things is to keep myself busy all the time. So I don’t think about how hungry I am.
I love the turkey meatball spaghetti sauce, I eat it with stir fly romaine. I still like to eat cooked vegetable, not really used to raw vegetable. I’ve got a great week of meals prepared already. My turkey chili from last week, I still have at least 3 meals left, so I freeze them. I have plenty of Plain Yogurt from this week’s shopping. Too bad, Walmart did not have low fat. Oh well, I will eat my boil eggs first before moving into Yogurt.
I mix up crush tomato with my leftover 3/4 avocado and it’s delicious as something to munch on.
