For some reason, today I don’t feel as hungry as before. Yesterday I was so tired, today, the opposite, back in full swing and felt great. I added more little stuff in between meals such as 1/2 cup of the yogurt w/ blueberries and Avocado with Tomato sauce as snack. The result, I felt like eating all the time and not as hungry as before.
The black bean is far the best taste and energy level. At lunch, I actually can’t finish them because I felt full then I stopped eating. I saved the small leftover 1.5 hours later to snack. It worked out very well.
The jump rope gets easier every day, I did not trip today.
