What a busy day. Perhaps because of that I don’t have time to munch on stuff. I was speaking at eWomenNetwork today and their Asian Chicken Salad was great, but I was good, I only eat about 3 oz of chicken breast plus 8 pieces of tangerine. I was good!
I was a bit disappointment when I woke up on this Thursday morning, I weight in just about 116. That means I only lost about just 1 lb this week. I really can’t eat less than 900 calories a day. I think 1000 calories are a good limit to have.
My dear friend Nancy White who sell a mineral base products, she has some kind of shake that she gave me samples last year. Each packet is about 240 calories as a complete meal. Well, as I start travel more, perhaps that will be my option. Although I still like to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Well, we’ll have to come up with some alternatives.
