Sunday, what a busy day to catch up on shopping. Plus did some cooking for dinner for Dr. Yen. She wanted to have my famous 3-cup chicken, a traditional Taiwanese dish. It is one cup or cooking wine, one cup of water and one cup of soy sauce along with brown sugar cane sugar, gingers, garlic and of course chicken. It usually take about 25 min. to simmer and its delicious, last at least couple days.
For vegetable, I had small Portobello Mushrooms, onion as sauce with Broccoli. The sauce has soy sauce, white sugar and taste Chinese. It’s great with the 3-cup chicken.
