1300 Calories Plan: Day 36 of 90

April 11, 2011 | Goal 110 lb. by June 5, 2011

Wow, what a busy Monday, especially trying to juggle working lunch without eating too much. I did not eat the boil egg until right before the meeting. That helps. By the time I got to my lunch, I ate some grapes while driving. So, did not have any lunch until 1:30 or close to 2 pm. Oh well, it helped a bit not to eat dinner too early.

I tried a string bean dish with mushroom and onion in Chinese Black vinegar and brown sugar. I think I put too much vinegar, other than that, it taste great. I forgot to remove them off the cook-top, the color green is not much left. Oh well, next time. That should leave me enough vegetable for at least 2 meals.
