1300 Calories Plan: Day 41 of 90

April 16, 2011 | Goal 110 lb. by June 5, 2011

OK I weight in on Friday April 15, 2011 at 115 lb. 69% achieved in 46% time frame. I still have about 5 lb to lose. At this point, its a bit easier to figure out type of meal to assemble and pretty routine about what to include and not include. I still eat everything I love, just in a smaller portion.
