1300 Calories Plan: Day 42 of 90

April 17, 2011 | Goal 110 lb. by June 5, 2011

Today Dr. Yen’s Chinese school is off due to Mecklenburg County school spring break. Our spring break is next week, which will be a huge challenge for me as we go on the road eating outside. We’ll see how it goes.

Yesterday, TC cooked a lot of food, which is not helpful, although I stick with what I had. The temptation was not easy to control, so yesterday’s calories was over 1000. We went to a Korean supermarket and bought seaweed salad, each 3 oz is 80 calories. It is a bit high due to the content of sugar, and sauce. It’ll be interesting to add that into the lunch menu.

Today’s we’re shopping in Costco just few vegetable so I can get enough of that during the week.
