1300 Calories Plan: Day 43 of 90

April 18, 2011 | Goal 110 lb. by June 5, 2011

It’s the beginning of the 6-week of the 90 days plan. For the most part, I am now down to losing 1lb a week instead of 2 lb. a week. I weight in last Friday 115 lb. that is 69% achieved and in about 47% time frame. Just an old fashion routine exercise and portion control of the food.  It is hard work no doubt, which make me think twice about eating something that is not on the plan. I felt GREAT, thinner, energetic. At times, I am irritable I guess too much vegetable or fruits. But I always make sure I have fish, or some sort of meat in dinner.

Yet, the food selection has becoming lot easier to eye ball the portion. The breakfast, lunch and dinner now are lot easier to plan ahead even with the amount of travel around town. Nuts are still my favor snack that I can take on the road. Fruits like grapes, strawberry have been great to travel along.

For the most part, I can live with this healthy eating style for a long time. The key is really focus on the right type of food and small portion of it. I do realize that I am not getting hungry much than before, I guess, eating small portion but more frequently took care of that problem.
