Seaweed Salad

Seaweed Salad

On Monday May 2, 2011, there was something not quite right, it felt like gassy to me. Plus I was so busy, really did not eat much that day. Tuesday May 3, 2011 5 am as I was doing my routine excises, just 1-min. before I finish up my jogging. I suddenly felt  sharp abdominal pain, yet, can’t really have bowl movement? It was so strange that I ended up sitting on the toilet for so long, that my entire body was wet from the jogging. It was gross, anyhow, by the time I was able to pull myself up to 3rd fl. for a shower. My body felt no strength at all. I was down the entire Tuesday morning.

I guess it was due to the Garbanzo, black and Pinto beans, that I was not cooking properly to release the gassy portion. Over the weeks of lunch of these beans, perhaps it just did not agree with me. I later found that I can add sea vegetable called Kombu into resolve the issue. Oh well, I have to wait until my next Asian Grocery trip this weekend. I also have to dispose all the cooked beans that I can no longer eat.

Since Wed., I have been having seaweed salad for lunch instead of beans. The calories are a bit higher since it was prepared seaweed salad from Japan. I lost 2-day of not jogging, but did not miss any yoga. I came home very late last night caused me not able to get up today.

Too bad, with all that discomfort, there is no additional fat to be lost this week. I am afraid 113 lb. is the final score. I still have couple more weeks to monitor.
