1300 Calories Plan: Day 69 of 90

It has been quite a busy week that I have not yet document my progress. So as of May 12, 2011, I weight in 112 lb, 2 more lb to go. There are only 3 weeks left, the last few lb. has been really tough. Since there was no other changes such as food or exercise. That being said, I have been totally rely on almond nuts and peanuts during lunch if I am running around and don’t have time to eat. It actually worked real well.

There are not much to cut in food other than remembering the portion. I am largely on vegetables and fruits, to stabilize my mood. I know if I have fish for a meal, it will work really well. So the routine has been at least one meal with fish, salmon is still my favorite. I found steaming it is lot easier and tasteful compared to pan fried which is very messy.

So the real challenge now is to keep this routine forever to stay off the weight. I actually like the fact that there are plenty of vegetables and fruits.  Great work!!
