The good news is that As of May 29, 2011 I weight in and was at 110 lb. Yes, mission accomplished. However, on May 30, 2011 which is a holiday, I did not exercise, it climb up to 111 lb.

I love nuts, but have to stay off it for a while, instead of watching TV at night. I should be upstairs and reading or writing. This will avoid the extra eating.
