1300 Calories Plan: Day 34 of 90

April 9, 2011 | Goal 110 lb. by June 5, 2011

Current weight 116/lost 10 lb (63% achieved)

Saturday, cleaned the house early in the morning and drop off Dr. Yen for her volunteering at Easter egg hunt with kids. Last night I made my own beans from black, garbanzo and pinto. It taste delicious, it sounds like I’m on vegetarian diet. Well, not really, it’s just that I can eat a satisfaction portion and still get the nutrition and calories.

Tuna Salad is always easy to make, so as soon as I finish making them, TC took a huge chuck for his lunch right before he headed out to work. Yes, he works weekend in April. I’m look forward to our vacation on week of April 25, we still don’t know what he is planning yet.

I am moving office to a dedicated space in the same building, and looking to rent a truck to move furniture. It all sounds like a ripe off charging per mile. Oh well, we have to move furniture…
